4th Floor Photo Studio – Cedar Lake
Open Hours:
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

We welcome you to visit our studio on the 4th floor near Artist Alley, close to the bathrooms at the end of the hall. Photography staff will be there to take your photos during open hours. This studio offers quick and easy individual portraits with instantly downloadable results! If there is a line, please look for the printed posing examples and instructions for how to download your photos. The staff photographer will say hello, take a few photos, then immediately upload the photos to the gallery. We ask that you access and download your photos right away. We would appreciate you posting them on social media, tagging Anime Detour, and encouraging others to come visit us! You will also find staff photographers all around the convention. You can look for the AD Staff Photo armband or staff badges.

6th Floor Group Shoots – Dance Studio
Staff photographers may not attend all meetups

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 

The 6th floor studio near the gym has room for large groups, studio lights, and beautiful backdrop sets. Use these sets to take photos! Please do not touch or move any of the lights or props, and inform a staff member if there are any issues. While there are no set hours for official staff photographers to be in this studio, if you see one of us there, please feel free to ask us to take your photo! We do our best when planning the group meetups to cover the most popular categories. If you don’t see a group listed, consider attending a meetup that is in the same general category.
