Anime Detour utilizes a process called Full Allocation.
-All reservations will go through Anime Detour via an online form.
-You must be a registered member of the convention to reserve a room.
-If you are not registered, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
-Each member may only reserve one room under their name.

NOTICE: Submitting this form is a request for a room reservation. The hotel team will be working with the hotel for filling the room block. The hotel will then contact you at the appropriate time to set up payment information for the actual reservation. We strongly suggest holding the room with a credit card. Please read through the Hotel [FAQ] for the most common questions asked.

Do not call the hotel asking to reserve a room or about reservations. The hotel will direct you back to the Anime Detour website form process. Once the Hotel Department officially processes the requests, the hotel will send out the reservations by email. Once you recieve an email with your hotel reservation make sure to update and confirm your reservation in a timely manor.

Note: The national reservation system for hotels generally cannot edit your reservation. Therefore, if you need to update your existing hotel reservation be sure talk to the local hotel directly, ask for the local Anime Detour Room Block coordinator and not the national reservation system.
