All Items will be on display on the first floor of the Hotel in what used to be the Chapel (around the corner from the Video rooms and next to the North Tower Elevators).
All proceeds from the Charity Auction will go the American Red Cross Japan Relief Fund.

Overflow Hotels and Shuttle service announcement
As we have been so far successful in placing people in the additional rooms gained at the Sofitel and cancelled rooms at the DoubleTree no official overflow hotel has been necessary or setup. As such we also will not be having shuttle service to any of the nearby hotels as there is no official stop or overflow to work with. We do not yet have a final count on room cancellations, but if you are still looking for a room please email ad_hotel@animedetour.com with your name, room type that you are hoping to get, and check-in/out dates. We can't guarentee room types or a room, but so far we have been able to place everyone who have contacted us.
