KARAOKE REQUEST FORM
On Friday and Saturday nights we like to provide Karaoke for those with interest in having some fun. For all your singing desires, we have made this form. This is the AD Karaoke request form! We'll see what we can do about acquiring your song.
Please be aware that this is a request and not a guarantee. Due to unforeseen circumstances we may not be able to obtain the music you are requesting prior to the convention. As this is a Japanese Anime convention, we encourage requests for Anime/Japanese related songs. If you want to sing something else that is cool too! Please no more than three requests per person.
At the con, we can accept music files which are directly playable in iTunes (.mp3, .wma, .ac4). Please bring such files on a USB storage device or CD in that format. We will not be able to play songs directly from music players (Ex: iPod, Zune, etc).
Request Instructions:

2. Please provide as much detail as possible.
3. Proof read your request again
4. Submit the form
