Cosplay Competition Pre-Signup Form
Using the form below, you can signup a group tentatively for the cosplay competition. You must still check in on Friday with the Cosplay department or make pre-arrangements to show up at Saturday morning intro session. Print out your email copy as well and have it signed by the appropriate guardians. Also, there is a distiction between signup for the Cosplay Competition and registration for the convention. Please note that filling out & submitting this form does not pre-register you or your group for the convention. You must still register each member of your group before filling out and submitting the form below.
