Anime Detour is pleased to announce that we will have an entire room filled with merchandise... in particular Anime, Manga, Art, Plushies, DVDs, CDs, Pocky, and a billion other accessories for every otaku. Come check out the Dealer's Room and buy all your anime desires at the convention.

Important Notice on Size Limitations for Bags & Coats & Items!!!
There is no Bag/Coat Check for the Dealer Room and there are new limits to the size of items allowed into the Dealer Room with attendees such as bags, boxes, coats, cosplay props, etc.

The following items will not be allowed into the Dealer Room:
-Coats (especially long, suspicious-looking trench coats)
-Excessively large cosplay items (big swords, huge wings, etc)
-Carried items that exceed the size of Measured Boxes (11" x 8.5" x 10")
-Anything else deemed obtrusive by Dealers Staff

Each Badge Station has a Measured Box which serves as a basis for whether or not an attendee's carried item will be allowed into the Dealer Room with them.

Attendees with obstructive item(s) will not be allowed into the Dealer Room. Please leave your obstructive item(s) somewhere safe. Your hotel room, your car, your friend's hotel room, your friend's car, your mom, your dad, your sister, your brother, your friend with an artist alley booth, etc. are just a few places used by Anime Detour 2010 attendees. Anime Detour is not responsible for any item(s) lost, stolen, damaged, incinerated, mechanized, gooped on, etc.

Anime Detour 2013 Dealer Information

The 2013 Anime Detour Dealer Room application process is scheduled to be open November 1-30 however the order in which you apply is irrelevant, so there is no need to bombard the application the same day it opens. What matters is that you apply within the time-frame given. We will be using a more efficient application process than previous years.

Please note that the Dealer Application Form is NOT a guarantee you will be admitted as a Dealer to Anime Detour 2013. This form literally acts as an application - you pass in this form and we evaluate it along with all of the other applications we receive. You will either be accepted or put on our waiting list. If accepted you will receive a contract with a deadline for payment. If the signed contract and the payment are not received by the deadline specified, your spot will go to the next dealer on the waiting list.

We are looking for courteous, flexible, cooperative, patient dealers selling quality merchandise who can provide a fun and happy atmosphere to the shopping experience of our convention attendees. All applicants that feel they can meet this criteria are welcome to apply.

-Strong, well-known, well-established brand identity and brand following is a very important factor for Dealer Room applicants that sell their own lines of merchandise.

-Due to extremely limited space if applicants are offering hand-made goods, it is recommended they also apply to the Artist Alley [Info].

-If you are an organization whose primary function is promoting a convention/event/business/anything besides selling merchandise, please contact the Room Parties department [Info].
